This is an excellent healing cream for any type of damaged skin. It is creamy, not at all oily, blends well into your skin, and does not stain clothing. It does not irritate sensitive or damaged skin. Skin repair from this cream happens rapidly. And it is dense, so a portion of it goes a long way. It can be used on the body, or more sensitive areas such as chest and face.
I sit in a leather chair all day, almost 16 hours a day, some days on call. I got a sore on the back of my left leg where it rubs against the chair seam. I bought Dr. Luke’s Honey wound Care hoping it would help. It soothed the irritation immediately. And in just a few days, the redness and irritation were almost completely gone. I have excoriation disorder and need a treatment that quickly heals wounds and prevents itching. So far this cream has fit the bill. It has reduced itching and has helped quickly scab over wounds with the moisture keeping scabs from getting cracked. Will add it to my first-aid kit.
I ordered this Manuka honey for wound care for my purpura..This is working well in clearing it up. Shown are photos of how my arm looks now as opposed to before..It won’t clear it up immediately. It takes a few months to see results but I am glad I found this cream.
The cream isn’t greasy or sticky..It doesn’t have an off putting smell. Feels really good on your skin.
